Delivery & Returns Policy
At Cinta The Label UK standard shipping on all of our products is now £4.50, we have had to withdraw free shipping due to COVID, all products will ship via Royal Mail. Cinta The Label will send tracking identification to the customer to enable tracking of items.
For international shipping, we offer DHL Standard 7-10 days £15 and DHL Express 2-4 days £45.
*When orders are shipped internationally they may be subject to import duties and taxes which CINTA are not held liable for*
If you would like to return or exchange an item this must be done within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and reason for return. Returns must be paid for by the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Love your item but it's not quite the right fit? No need to return. We've partnered with SOJO to help you tailor it to your exact measurements. SOJO is a platform that offers clothing alterations services to help you reshape your wardrobe.
How it works
Order: Book a collection here using your order number and select how you want your item tailored.
Match or Pin: Match the desired length or fit to an existing item in your wardrobe or pin it yourself using the ‘how to’ videos.
We Collect and Deliver: SOJO’s riders collect and return the tailored item back to your door in 3 to 5 days.

CINTA are partially covering the cost of our tailoring service as part of our commitment to our customers and the planet.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
